The user has no Drupal neither demexp account

1. The user goes to the Drupal web site and creates a Drupal account at the http://demexp.ouvaton.org/user/register page.

Username: NOTToto
Email: toto@nottoto.com

2. The user receives his password at his email address.

3. The user is asked to log onto the Drupal web site using the specific URL and he must change the just received password with a new password. After this step, the user is logged into the Drupal interface.

4. The user browses questions and sees an interesting one he want to vote on, e.g. http://demexp.ouvaton.org/node/136. Under the question, the user is presented with two cases: he already has a demexp account or he doesn’t have a demexp account. We consider the latter case.

5. The user enters his fullname and eventually an additional comment:

My full name is: Charles Henry NOTToto

He then clicks on “Request an official account”.

6. The following message is displayed: “Your request for an official demexp account is being processed. You should receive an email within a few days.”

7. In parallel, the demexp account manager of Drupal interface (i.e. david) receives the account creation request by email:

Hello,

  The following user would like an official demexp account.
Their email address is: toto@NOTtoto.com.
Their full name is: Charles Henry NOTToto.
After you have created the account, please go to the following page, where you
must enter their account name and activate it for them:
http://demexp.ouvaton.org/create_demexp_account/hQnQqTtd7890HJSG9KAQTrj6mTDxk

Then, send them an email with their password.

8. The demexp account manager creates the account on the demexp server:

login: Charles.Henry.NOTToto
password: gfjhgds7667HJH

9. The demexp account manager sends an email to toto@toto.com saying that his new account is created:

Hello Charles Henry NOTToto,

Your demexp account is ready, you can use it on the Drupal interface.

10. The demexp account manager logins into the Drupal interface, enters the activation link and validate account parameters:

Account name: Charles.Henry.NOTToto
Account password: gfjhgds7667HJH

and he then clicks on the “Activate the account” button. If all goes well, the message “The account has been activated.” is displayed.

11. The user logins on the Drupal interface by entering his Drupal login (”Toto”) and password. He goes to the interesting question (http://demexp.ouvaton.org/node/136) and sees following message:

You must login onto the demexp server first, before you can vote.

Your demexp user account is Charles.Henry.NOTToto.
Enter your demexp password:
(*) Do NOT remember the password (more secure).
( ) Remember the password (more convenient).

12. The user enters his password (received by email), selects “Remember the password (more convenient)” and clicks on “Login” button.

13. The user can now vote, add responses, etc.!

The user already has a demexp account but no Drupal account
